Pain, Music and a Stunning Connection

Let's talk pain, music and moving through unwanted & unnecessary pain, mmmkay?

Did you know that listening to music causes a person to have a higher pain tolerance? Makes sense then why so many of us have better workouts, run faster and further, or get the house cleaned in record time when listening to music.

In fact, many studies have shown considerable evidence that music does in fact decrease pain levels. The reason is relatively unknown, but some speculate that this occurs by releasing more endorphins & oxytocin.

In the past year I have been “playing” around with the AO Scanner, a device that creates customized audio files of healing frequency embedded music after analyzing a person’s voice. The tech isn’t overly complicated as it works very much like a lie detector test. Or an intuitive mother... IYKYK

The how it works has not been as interesting to me as to the notion that it works. The idea that music reduces all manner of pain is a pretty cool explanation.

You see, many people have physical ailments that can be traced back to emotional ick. In a group this size, many of you can trace your physical pain to emotions.

Many people would rather not address the emotional ick because goodness knows it may be akin to Pandora’s box.

YET, MANY FOLKS WOULD BE EXPERIENCING AN ENORMOUS REDUCTION IN PHYSICAL PAIN AND EMOTIONAL PAIN, IF THEY SIMPLY SPOKE INTO A DEVICE FOR 20 SECONDS AND THEN LISTENED TO FOUR AUDIO TONES FOR 5-10 MINUTES, TWICE A DAY.

Can you imagine and appreciate the simplicity of it all?

As I played around with this frequency modality, my kids were the first ones I was able to see tangible results on. They use essential oils for aches, pains and physical issues, yet they have never really jumped on the proactive emotion work with oils. The occasional dab of Stress Away for obvious reasons suited them fine.

But “doing their scans” was a much-needed easy button for them that yielded significant shifts emotionally speaking. Not only that, when using the affirmation portion, MindSync, we all have had breakthrough after breakthough- something that we never experienced by saying an affirmation in the mirror day after day.

  • My kids who once couldn’t communicate with one another effectively, now sit down and hash it out in a civil manner.

  • My babes who once fretted and became a bit OCD over little things now are able to breathe and think more clearly.

And some of us, those who tend to be extremely rigid in our thinking, are more bendable. Freer...

All because we use a frequency device that imbeds healing sounds into gorgeous music.

If you are someone that knows you ought to tackle those pesky negative emotions, and you enjoy music, consider this tool, I would be so very happy to assist you.

Goodness, I haven’t even mentioned how I’m using it to help heal up my bones or reduced my weight.
