Welcome to Feral Week: Let’s Thrive, Not Just Survive!

Ah, the magical (and slightly chaotic) time between Christmas and New Year’s—Feral Week, Twixmas, or as I like to call it, What Day Even Is It? Week. It’s a peculiar stretch of leftovers, sweatpants, and a total lack of routine.

But here’s the thing...

If you’re in this group, you’re not here to just float along in a holiday haze. You’re here because you’re all about living that high-vibe life. Shuffling through these days aimlessly? That’s not you. It’s not who you are, and it’s definitely not what you’re made for. You’re built to rise above.

And yet...

With much of the world caught up in the sluggish energy of this week, it can be a challenge to stay focused and aligned. The vibe of the moment is tempting you to embrace slothfulness and snack your way into 2025, but we’re not about that life. Instead, we’re going to use this week to prepare, press forward, and elevate ourselves as we gear up for an incredible new year.

So, if you’re ready to thrive with me in 2025, let’s dive into a little project I’ve prepared. It’s simple but powerful, designed to help you shake off society’s “feral” energy and tap into your higher self.

THE PLAN:

Each day this week, set aside about 30 minutes of intentional, unhurried time. Time to:

  • Visualize

  • Pray

  • Seek clarity for the future

  • Journal, because thriving humans are reflective humans.

Let’s get ready now so that when January 1st hits, we’re already in motion, aligned with our visions and dreams.

Today’s Project:

Ask yourself these five powerful questions and journal your answers:

  1. Who or what are you grateful for this year?

  2. What did you achieve in 2024?

  3. What were the three biggest lessons you learned?

  4. How are you different this year from last year?

  5. What were your biggest challenges in 2024?

WHY THESE QUESTIONS?
  • Gratitude: Start with gratitude—it’s the foundation of abundance and positivity. When we focus on what we have, we see life’s blessings more clearly.

  • Achievements: Success is subjective, don’t judge it. Big or small, celebrate what went right this year.

  • Lessons Learned: Every bump in the road is an opportunity. Dig deep to unearth the lessons and let them guide your growth.

  • Personal Growth: Who we are today should be an upgrade from who we were last year. Reflect on how you’ve grown—mentally, physically, emotionally, spiritually.

  • Challenges: Challenges are lessons in disguise, often wrapped in tough packaging. Reflecting on these helps us uncover their hidden wisdom.

Pro Tip:

If you love essential oils, grab your Cedarwood or Clarity blend. Apply a drop to your forehead and the base of your neck to open your mind, then take a few deep breaths to calm your nervous system and focus your thoughts.

Let’s start today by investing in ourselves. Answer these questions thoughtfully, and then join me tomorrow as we dive into a conversation about success and what it really means.

Let’s make Feral Week the launchpad for our most thriving year yet!
