Your nervous system is like the electrical grid of your body — it's what keeps everything in your body working in harmony — every breath, heartbeat, and thought depends on it. Your nervous system is constantly translating, transmitting, and regulating every experience you have. When it’s balanced, peace feels easy. Your breath deepens, digestion flows, sleep restores, your heart opens-peace reigns.
But when it’s overwhelmed, every light flickers. You may feel depleted or overstimulated, scattered & tense, or simply chronically tired without understanding why.

Over the years, I’ve discovered that the most powerful reset routine is one that speaks to every level of your being — body, mind, and frequency.
My daily trio of essential oils, Inner Voice balancing, and a SEFi playlist has become my go-to nervous system reset — a simple yet potent way to remind my body that peace is its natural state.

Essential Oils: Creation’s Nervous System Support
Essential oils are more than pleasant scents — they are botanical messengers that communicate directly with your brain and nervous system. When used with intention, they can signal your body to relax, regulate neurotransmitters, and bring emotional stability.
Here are a few favorites for soothing and strengthening the nervous system:

Melissa (Lemon Balm) – Balances GABA levels, promoting calm focus and a positive mood.
Roman Chamomile – Encourages a healthy sleep cycle and relaxation through gentle neurochemical support.
Use oils intentionally: Apply one or two of these to your wrists, heart, or the back of your neck, and breathe deeply. Combine with a slow inhale through the nose (4 counts), hold (4), exhale (4), and hold (4). Let your breath and the oils teach your body safety again.

Supplements: Feeding Your Nervous System
Always remember- essential oils repair and heal the cells, but supplements feed the cells. Once the essential oils have done their repair work, it is important to come in with proper nutrients for the cells to continue on their new path of health.

After breathing in the essential oils, taking supplements to intentionally feed my cells, and listening to tones mingled with healing frequencies, I take a moment to anchor my new rhythm:
Speak a truth aloud: “My body knows how to rest. My mind knows how to be still.”
Write one sentence that begins with “I am so grateful now that I feel…”
Keep diffusing my chosen oil for ten minutes while I get ready for my day with stunning ease.
