Monday Memo

Supplementation is key!

This Monday memo is not so much for others to read and receive the encouragement, but more for myself as a reminder.

Should you find some exhortation in what I share, so much the better!

The body is beautifully designed to heal itself without outside intervention. However, depending on the type of healing needed, it will heal quicker and perform as it was before with assistance in the form of nutrition.

The body is gorgeously designed to keep itself from falling prey to disease and illness. Yet, with the near constant ravaging our cells go through, from EMF onslaughts to low frequency foods and of course everyday stressors, ongoing assistance to our immune system is in order.

Add to the above any sort of outside damage, let’s say, a broken limb or something, our supplement game and water intake must be at its peak.

It has been my experience that knowing what supplements to take for daily maintenance can be challenging. If you listen to anyone who sells supplements, we will tell you that you need all of them! Well, I won’t but others might.

Of course the body requires a multitude of supplementation in 2024. Goodness, look at all that is thrown at us!

According to all the folks who know the body a touch better than yours truly, these are the absolute essentials needed to keep our bodies humming along beautifully;

Magnesium, Calcium, Fish oil, Vitamin C, Folate, Probiotics, Vitamin A, B Vitamins, Multivitamins, Iron, Vitamin E, Zinc, Vitamin K, Fiber, Melatonin, Turmeric, Antioxidants, Biotin, Choline

Melatonin- Your body makes it, but if you are low consider using Cedarwood essential oil to get your body’s normal production of it back online.

And of course, joint supplements are important the older we get to keep our joints soft and supple.

Throughout this week I will be sharing a variety of supplements, beginning with our most basic requirement helps, and adding on each day.

I invite you to join me each day and see if Young Living might have something to support a need you’ve got.

For now, here are some questions to consider:

  • Do you get regular exercise?

  • Do any of the following run in your family- high blood pressure or any heart disease?

  • Is your life low stress?

  • Do you practice plenty of deep breathing?

In answering these questions you will begin to see whether you could benefit from supplementation. Ideally we could get all we need from the food we eat. However with farming practices, pesticide usage and indulgences in all manner of American fair, supplementing is probably the best practice for us all!
